The Versions of Mahabharata

The Mahabharata has many books attributed to it. The Epic has come down to us in the form of many books and literature works. There are in fact many written manuscripts of the Epic. The Epic has many manuscripts of which 1259 Manuscripts have been retrieved till date by the Bhandarkar Oriental Research Institute (BORI) for their Unabridged version of the Epic. These 1259 Manuscripts are classified under "8 Major Recensions" of which 5 are Northern Recensions and 3 Southern Recensions.  The Northern Recensions: Sarada (Kashmiri) Devanagiri (Central) Bengali Nepali Maithili  Of these Recensions, The Kashmiri recensions is said to be more authentic than the others because it has least modifications and additions into the epic due to its Geographical Unreachability. The Nepali Recensions has the Oldest Manuscripts (N3) dating back to 1511 AD. What's Cooking?

Are you upset? Lost A Game? Had a Break Up? Got Hurt?  Well you wouldnt be anymore if you smell something cooked or look at a Snack loaded fridge, but yes you might be heartbroken if your last Nutella Jar would be empty and you are not the one who emptied it. Food is the solution for mostly all the problems. Food is also something important at various occasions, You obviously go to a birthday party for some cake and snacks rather to wish your friend who is dressed up like a 5 star restaraunt waiter on his birthday. You obviously go to a marriage thinking of the buffet or the Banana leaf meal rather to wish the Bride and Groom who is almost not related to you. I am not exposing or something but just saying food is always first and food is always last.  So, I would be sharing some interesting facts about Food, Cooking Techniques and also some recipes.
